We can further assist with renovations, conversions, inventories, relevant certificates and licenses as well as dealing with installations such as electricity or gas supplies.

  • Carrying out reference checks including Right to Rent check
  • Arrange for minor repairs prior to tenants moving in (if required)
  • Arranging for furniture delivery and removal (if required)
  • Arranging inventory check in and hand-over
  • Arranging end of tenancy cleaning

LET AND MANAGEMENT

  • Marketing your property
  • Arranging for relevant certificates such as an Energy Performance Certificate and Gas Safety Certificate (if required)
  • Arranging for a Fire Risk Assessment (if required)
  • Arranging minor or major repairs as required
  • Sourcing a professional tenant
  • Carrying out reference checks including Right to Rent check
