At Prestige Properties, we understand that selling your home can be stressful. That’s why we like to adopt a hands‐on approach from the initial enquiry to make the experience less daunting for yourself.
After contacting Prestige Properties to arrange a valuation, a dedicated negotiator will arrange an appointment to visit your property.
You will then receive a market appraisal pack providing you with details of our valuation, comparables for sales of similar properties in the area and our terms and conditions should you wish to instruct Prestige Properties to sell your property.
After you have instructed Prestige Properties to sell your home, we will arrange for a floorplan to be generated and revisit the property to take marketing photos.
We will also arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be done should you not have one already in place.
Your property will then be advertised on four portals, our website and in our shop window and offered to those already on our database.
All viewings are conducted by Prestige Properties and we will provide you with any feedback following the viewings along with any offers received.
Once you have accepted an offer, we will prepare the Heads of Terms for the sale and distribute this to yourself as the seller, the prospective buyer and both parties’ solicitors.
THE FINAL DEAL
Finally, upon confirmation from either yourself or your solicitor, we will hand over the keys of the property to the new owner.
During the process, our devoted staff are always available to answer any queries or concerns.
Should your property need repairs or modernisation before selling, we can arrange for our contractors to attend and provide you with quotations to do so.
Prestige Properties will then oversee the project to ensure your property is ready to go on the market for sale.
